Children engage in both independent and collaborative exploration and discovery as they master skills, build their knowledge base, and shape their understanding of the world. Reading and writing stories, completing research projects, computing and solving problems, conducting science experiments, and creating performances and artwork round out a rich and engaging primary school experience. Life skills that children use well into adulthood are incorporated into every facet of the curriculum.
Experiences outside of school, such as field trips and community involvement, enrich the curriculum and give children the opportunity to learn in real-world settings.
