Lippman Students Demonstrate Computer Coding Skills @ Conference

Second, third and middle school students from The Lippman School took their coding skills to Massillon, Ohio to present at the SPARCC14 (Stark Portage Area Computer Consortium) conference.

Teachers and administrators were introduced to Hopscotch and Scratch programming languages that the students have been learning during the school year.

For most of the participants, this was a first exposure to coding and how it can be incorporated into their own classrooms. The students found the adults to be very engaged and interested in their hands-on presentations.
